Account controls

Delete the account from inside the app.

Account deletion is authenticated, and it is complete only once the server confirms it.

01

Open the control

In myski.pro, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, signed in to the account you intend to delete.

02

Confirm the destructive action

Review what will be removed, confirm ownership, and stay online while the request is sent.

03

Wait for server confirmation

If the app does not confirm success, treat the account as not deleted. Retry, or email brandonfoster@me.com.

Removed from the active service

  • Account credentials and instructor profile
  • Synced skier, guardian, class, and lesson records
  • Synced attachments and account-owned SkiLink records
  • Active sessions, support messages, and issue records tied to the account

What may remain

  • An anonymized identity tombstone
  • Limited security, legal, backup, or infrastructure records
  • Unsynced copies on an offline device
  • Exports you made, or records another instructor already received
  • Records Apple controls independently
Signing out is not deletion

Signing out, deleting the app, or emailing us does not by itself remove server-side records. For a valid authenticated request, deletion normally completes within seconds. If it fails, email brandonfoster@me.com.

Deleting a single child’s record

A parent or guardian who wants one child’s record removed does not need the instructor to delete their whole account. See Kids & Family Data or email brandonfoster@me.com.
